Lift your left leg behind you with your knee bent at a ninety degree angle so the sole of your foot is facing the ceiling. Lower the leg and repeat 12 – 15 times. Repeat with the right leg 12 – 15 times.

Stand with your feet apart in line with your hips and your arms at your side. Begin to squat as though you were about to sit on a chair until your thighs are parallel with the ground. Keep your knees in line with your ankles by ensuring you can see your toes. Come back to a standing position. repeat 12 – 15 times.

    Thank you so much for posting these exercises. At the moment I am using an electrical device every other day to tone up my derriere, but i really think that for faster results I should do some of these as well. One of my problems is consistency! I might do 40-50 of them for a week and then forget all about for another month! Do you have any suggestion regarding this? I just wish I could stick my routine for longer so that I could finally see the results which in turn will motivate me more…
