How To Make Your Bum Bigger…

Go all the way down touching the floor and then stand back up. If you do not have a barbell you can improvise with a filled bag, or a heavy book. Just remember not to make this too heavy or you will injure your back.

Walking Lunges
Walking lunges focus on the butt more efficiently as compared to other lunges due to the fact that the hips are extended more. Carry dumbbells in hands keeping them by your side (not more than 5lb if you are a beginner). Take a big step in forward direction. While keeping your trunk straight, lower the knee of the foot at the back leg to reach the floor. Repeat these steps with alternate foot each time.

    I have to say that for my experience the squats excercises have been the most effective way to increase my butt, not only in size but by giving a more rounded and toned shape. I don’t believe in magic creams and I have tried many in the past years. they can make your skin more smooth and improve appearance due to this, but I never noticed any change in size for sure!   2. I agree with Ilaria, squats seem to work best for me, I can also do these quite well, some others I seem to have some difficulty with. I do weight lifting for women so will incorporate your weights exercises in my routine!
