Lie flat on a yoga mattress. Raise your legs from the level of the ground keeping them parallel to the floor. Begin exercise by lifting left leg and putting the right down, then lifting right leg and putting the left down. Alternatively lift and lower both your legs. This is an easy exercise which involves fluttering of your legs. Remember to rest before you get exhausted. To intensify this exercise, you can add weights on your ankles.

5. Use Enhancement Oil and Creams

Fish Oil

Although not a cream, it’s a good tactic to make your bum bigger. Rub some fish oil on your butt cheeks to make them bigger. Repeat one or two times a day. Just so you know, fish oil can be smelly so use sparingly. You can also find capsules and oil pills which are unscented. You’ll start seeing results after a couple of weeks if you use 1 to 2 capsules on each butt cheek each day.

You will find many Butt Enhancement Creams on the market some good and some useless. Make sure you pick one that has some good testimonials.

6. Try Butt-enhancing Pills

Again a search will bring up many butt enhancing pills but it difficult to make any recommendations. Pills and potions are not really recommended but are mentioned because so many exist. Use wisely!
